Mindful Monday

Over half our day can be spent on "auto-pilot" and stuck in the narratives of our heads....repeating same situations, ruminating over the same conversations, experience the same stresses and feeling stagnant. Being Mindful can help us experience life as it's happening, become more positive and happier. We practice mindfulness in all of our classes, but today especially, Mindfulness is the Theme!
