Thank you ladies for kicking my butt this week at the 8:30am classes. My shoulders and hips are off/tight from years of dog grooming and workouts without proper stretching. Your classes are stretching and pulling out these areas that have bothered me for years. Before this week, everything hurt - for example, even holding my arms up in crescent was painful. After only a week, I can feel those areas releasing and I can wait to see how I feel 6 months from now!
