Vinyasa level 1 | 

Vinyasa (noun) - a steady flow of poses linked with breath and continuous movement.

A combination of basic and advanced poses focused on moving with breath and engaging your core.  In this class, the teacher will create more of a sequence that breaks down a lot of the basics in vinyasa; breath, core, and alignment. Linking all together with breath to flow, core strength to support, and counter balancing your spine with folds and twists. 


Hot vinyasa | 

(Hot Environment, 85-90 degrees) 

An athletic class accessible for students of all levels. A flow of basic and advanced poses focusing on core to become centered.  A synchronized and dynamic flow of breath and body moving into a sequence built upon an arc of tension and release.  Become present, and create space from your busy everyday thoughts by using 100% awareness on your breath.  Leave with a whole new connection to self; open and centered, "mindful".  Class may include inversions and arm balances.  The room is heated to around 85-90 degrees to help facilitate this integration of sweat, strength, and spirit.


Hot power | 

(Hot Environment 85-90 degrees)

This is a set sequence that systematically works the entire body through the balance and foundational strength in detoxing the internal organs. Your focus will improve, your mind will become clear, and your body will detox. Leave feeling rejuvenated.



Build strength and flexibility through a power flow and resistance training.  Offering the zen of a yoga practice and the calorie burning of a high intensity fitness class.  Sculpt your entire body and boost your metabolism as you tone and work every major muscle group.  Set to fun music to boost your motivation and inspire your workout! 



Pound is a 1 hour full body fusion workout combining cardio, Pilates, Yoga, and resistance with drumming (yes,drumming!). During this practice you will strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a thinner, leaner physique-all while rocking out to fun and energetic music.  All levels welcome.



This is a unique blend of Hatha and Vinyasa postures linking from holds to flow.  Seated, standing, balancing and inversion poses are all part of the practice.  This class is an enjoyable combination of stretches, and poses at a slower paced flow.


Slow down your vinyasa practice and savor the experience.  Slow Burn vinyasa gives you the time and space to move deeper into poses and breath, allowing you to take the time to refine alignment and build strength.  As with traditional vinyasa, slow burn promotes flexibility, endurance, and balance.  The slow pace builds internal heat and allows you to experience and refine the pose in a much deeper sense. 



Restorative yoga is a yoga method using props and long hold times to open the body through passive stretching. This class will specifically use props to show how to support your body in a manner to eliminate unnecessary straining.  Focus more on restoration, de-stressing, and relaxation.  Gentle slow music in a candlelight setting to encourage nothing but a sense of ease and relaxation.
