Block & Roll

During this mini workshop we will use props such as blocks & tennis balls and long hold times to open the body through passive stretching. We will incorporate poses to help realign joints to improve stability, as well as help to release overly tight muscles and tendons. This class will specifically use props to show how to support your body in a manner to eliminate unnecessary straining and release tension. Let's enhance our practice Self Myofascial release work with the breath. Restorative Block & Roll helps to release emotional and mental tension and is a GREAT stress reliever!
