Mindful March: 31 Day Challenge

31-Days of Being More Mindful..... 

Have you ever paused to notice just how many thoughts run through your mind? In a day…In an hour…In a minute?  How often you feel distracted, unsettled or stressed?  
Until we begin to become aware of our thoughts, its easy to confuse our truth and our ego.
Our patterns and habits may be deep rooted, so it can be uncomfortable to change, but leaning in and showing up with more awareness can lead us to more freedom.  In turn, we feel happier, less stressed and engaged in life!

So why not take the challenge together?

March 1st - March 31st, our theme in the studio will focus on Mindfulness.  The more we can show up on our mats, the more we can practice the skills to tune in and lean in.  So we invite you to create a challenge for yourself...commit to practicing a minimum of 15, 25 or 35 times during the month!  Earn extra "checks" by participating in some of our extra classes or activities:

  • Block and Roll Mini Workshop - 9:45am on 3/23, Members: Complimentary, Non-Members: $5
  • Mindful Monday - all classes on Monday 3/5
  • Pranayama Mini Workshop  - 3/14 at 10:00am and 6:45pm, Members: Complimentary, Non-Members: $5
  • Restorative Yoga Class - 3/18 at 4:15pm, Members: $10, Non-Members: $16
  • Journal and/or Meditate a minimum of 5 times in one week
  • Log off of Social Media for one full day
  • And More

Achieve your goal, and you'll be entered into a drawing for prizes.

Non: Members: $49 for all regularly scheduled classes 3/1/18 - 3/31/18
