Join yoga teacher Sherie Sloane, E-RYT, YACEP, on a journey to deeply relax your body and mind. Working from the outside in, we will begin with gentle movements to ease physical tensions and make your way into a soulful and mindful relaxation. Yoga Nidra, sometimes referred to as ‘yogic sleep,’ is a restorative meditation that guides you into conscious awareness of each part of the body for deep and effortless relaxation.

Yoga Nidra is not about falling asleep. Rather, Yoga Nidra induces a deep state of relaxation and inner awareness. This technique is effective for stress reduction, weight loss, improving sleep and easing tensions within the body. The practice of Yoga Nidra will be enhanced with an aromatic mini-massage of the shoulders, neck and head. You will benefit from a 2-hour relaxing workshop in a beautiful, welcoming, and serene space. You will leave feeling completely rejuvenated!

All levels welcome. Space is limited. Although mats and blocks are provided, please bring a blanket, You're welcome to bring your own mat, pillows and bolsters for personal comfort. Kids 13+ with a guardian are welcome to attend.
