Sculpt Your Body Bootcamp is a dumbbells-and -downdog mix with a cardio twist. During this intense calorie burning 75 minute workshop we will be combining fast-paced movements with the added resistance of weights giving poses much more muscle-carving and calorie-burning power! As with all our classes all levels are welcome!
