Marathon Recovery Yoga

We know you need a little TLC after all of your training & 26.2 miles on Sunday! We invite you to join us for our 7:00pm Flow & Restore class....we will lead you through some flowing yoga poses to stretch your sore muscles and end with restorative poses for deeper relaxation.  

Bring your medal or bib & class is complimentary for you!
