Cresting 45 years of age, I was looking for a new fitness program that didn’t involve weights and that didn’t hurt. After I tried my first yoga class, I could feel how asymmetrical my body was and how weak I was in the muscles I never trained at the gym. I’m learning a path to health and fitness that doesn’t tear up my joints and that I’ll be able to maintain for the next 45 years.
