The following are a few simple guidelines to enhance your experience.

We always welcome new students of all levels to our classes. If you have any doubt about your ability to practice yoga, please consult your physician before beginning.  

Age Requirements:  Students age 15 may practice in an unheated environment with a signed waiver by their guardian and the guardian must be present. Students age 16 and 17 may practice in an unheated environment with a signed waiver by their guardian.  

-Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class.

-Doors are locked at the beginning of each class and no one may wait unattended in the lobby.

 -Bring  a yoga mat, a towel, and a bottle of water (it can get sweaty!).

-Wear something that is breathable and moves well.

-Prepare to be barefoot, you are at Barefoot Yoga Loft. 

-Turn off your cellular device before entering class.

-Quiet your mind and voice once you enter classroom.  

-Respect others space and practice.

-Keep practicing! Be consistent! Soreness after practice is normal. This is your body waking up! The more you practice the better you will feel.
